Returns (withdrawal from the purchase-sale agreement)
The return can be made within 30 days of receiving the parcel. To return the goods, complete and send us the form (can be downloaded here Form of a contract withdrawal .PDF ), to the e-mail address sklep@mongolian.pl. Instructions for free return via a parcel locker will be sent by e-mail. Outside Poland, a DPD courier will be sent to collect the return shipment. The reimbursement of funds to the account takes place within 3 days of receiving the returned goods.
